Document Approval Process
The document approval process can be time consuming and requires advance planning. Once documents have passed through
the U.S. WP and SG approval process, the U.S. Department of State requires 3 weeks plus 3 days of review time on top of
the 2 weeks of lead time mandated by the ITU. Proper consideration of last minute submissions cannot be guaranteed.
